She began her career with Farmers Insurance at the age of 17 working at the Houston claims office where she worked for 2 years. She was then promoted to a position at the Regional Office in Austin for 5 years. She has been working for a district office for the past 7 years. Recently, Laura was promoted to the Office Manager position where she mentors new staff members on effective training and agency support. Shane Clement District Marketing Specialist Shane Clement began his career with Farmers in July '07 as a recruiter. Two months later, he was promoted to the District Operations Manager. He recruited so many new agents his district was rated #5 in the CA/TX division 2 quarters in a row. Shane also achieved 2008 District Personal Lines of the year in the LA market. Ed Henderson Reserve District Manager Ed Henderson’s personal mission statement of “Helping Others Grow” has been lived out through 17 years of achievement and demonstrated success in the insurance industry while mentoring and coaching agents and associates to achieve exceptional growth. Ed started his career in insurance with Progressive and was recruited by Jeff to become a Farmers Agent. As a Farmers Agent, he grew to over 800 policies in 3 years, a Blue Vase award winner and constantly in the top 10 agencies with in his district.
